Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. To return an item, please contact our customer service team at Contact@musabshoppingdeals.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 30 business days.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items that are not in their original condition
- Items that have been opened or tampered with
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account. If you paid with a any online banking, the refund will be credited back to your mobile banking account.
Refunds may take up to 30 business days to appear on your credit card or mobile Banking account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at Contact@musabshoppingdeals.com and provide your order number and the item you would like to exchange it for. We will then send you a new item and you can return the original item to us using the return shipping label that we provided.
Shipping
All returns are shipped at the customer's expense. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method so that you can track the status of your return.
